Two versions of the actuator are available: the high load capacity AC-600 and the very compact AC-300.
Both AC-600 and AC-300 can easily be used to actuate rotation stages using a specific double universal joint interface proposed as an option. In-vacuum high precision backlash-free rotations are accessible using the AC actuators.
