Unipuck gripper

Unipuck gripper

The Unipuck gripper is intended to mount and unmount samples stored inside Universal pucks v1 onto a goniometer (dry mounting). This gripper can operate with Spine caps and similar magnetic caps as, for instance, CrystalCap ALS or Hampton CrystalCap.
Two different Unipuck grippers are available:
- A magnetic gripper
Intended to operate with an electro-magnet or a permanent magnet with a low magnetic force - A cryotong-type gripper
Intended to operate with a permanent magnet with a high magnetic force. The goniometer head should have a sufficient clearance to enable the sample grabbing.
Both grippers can be single or dual ones.
