Based on unique technology for dynamically-figured (bent) mirrors, IRELEC proposes custom Kirkpatrick-Baez mirror systems design fully adapted to any specific need.
The high performance, adaptability, excellent repeatability and very high stability of these systems are made possible via the technologies mastered by IRELEC:
- HFM and VFM with sensibly different sizes
- All focusing configurations (upwards, downwards, sidewards)
- Specific and independent translation and rotation stages
- Mechanical integration on existing stands
- Specific geometry for vacuum chambers adapted to the constraints of the experimental station
